Alchemmy Consulting and Just A Guy CIC: A Powerful Alliance to Empower Young People

At Alchemmy, we are dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting impact on both the local and wider community. This commitment led us to set up Alchemmy Gives, an initiative designed specifically to help others. As we recognise the huge importance of empowering young people as they become the adults and professionals of tomorrow, we have partnered with a non-profit that is all about supporting the youth and providing them with the tools to succeed as they grow.

Therefore, we are proud to announce our official partnership with Just A Guy CIC, a partnership founded on a shared passion for making a positive impact on young lives.

Just A Guy CIC is a non-profit organisation with a clear mission of empowering young people to reach their full potential. They are committed to working with young people from underserved and marginalised communities, creating opportunities for them to drive their own social mobility.

As Just A Guy CIC said, “This isn’t just a business partnership. It’s a union of two organisations with a burning passion for youth development. We both recognise the immense potential of our young generation. And it’s this shared vision that drives our alliance.”

Our co-founders, Nik Kyriacou and Dipak Patel, said “From the inception of Alchemmy we’ve had three core values, ‘Be Ambitious’, ‘Do the Right Thing’ and ‘Succeed Together’. Working with JAG, we know we’re doing the right thing by investing in the wider community, we’re encouraging the youth to be ambitious and not be limited by their circumstances. We know that if we help the young succeed, we’ll all benefit from their success and hopefully create a chain reaction of ‘paying it forward’.”

In July, we had the privilege of hosting a day of Just A Guy CIC’s Empower Me Programme, and have plans to introduce several other initiatives as part of this collaboration.
